Terms and Conditions

  1. Materialisation of Contract
    The dispatch of a booking enquiry per online form does not in itself constitute a legal declaration of any relevance. In the first instance an enquiry serves to establish contact. As soon as the enquiry is received by our office, you will receive an email confirmation of receipt sent to the email address supplied by you, or a telephone call to the number you have given. It is our policy only to respond to serious enquiries. Details relating to our services are agreed upon individually on the basis of these Terms and Conditions. A description of the general features of the service offered by our Ladies can, however, be obtained in advance from our website “international-fetishescort.com”.

  2. Modes of Payment
    Each appointment requires the advance payment of 30% of the agreed fee. This deposit is regarded as a booking confirmation on your part. The remaining payment is made in cash by handing an unsealed envelope to the Lady at the beginning of the date. The advance payment must have been received by us at least 3 days prior to your appointment with one of our Ladies. The advance payment can be made by bank transfer or simply by using your credit card. Where your date is not at the home location of the Lady concerned, you will be liable for travel expenses. This lump sum for expenses covers any additional costs for travel by car, taxi, rail or air travel. Should you or the Lady so desire, the agency can take care of rail and air bookings and the costs involved are to be paid by you in advance together with the advance payment to the agency. In cases where the Lady has paid the costs of rail and air travel, these costs should be reimbursed to her direct before the date begins. The appointment is valid as soon as the advance payment agreed upon has been received by the agency.

  3. Cancellation
    Please try and keep your date. Should you, contrary to expectations, be unable to keep the date, you must cancel the booking 72 hours prior to the appointment at the latest. In this case your advance payment will be credited to you and you have the option of renewing the appointment within the following 4 weeks. Should you not be able to do this, we are unfortunately not able to return your advance payment. We trust you will understand the necessity for these stipulations since the Lady reserves her time for you exclusively.

  4. Privacy
    I guarantee you the discretion of both the agency and the Lady. Respectability and discretion are for me the key guiding principles of our agency. The supply of your personal and professional details (email address, name, address) is purely voluntary. Any enquiries that do not contain these details or that contain details that are anonymous or use a pseudonym are, however, not acceptable – we hope you will understand that this is necessary in order to protect my Ladies. I give you my assurance that I shall only use your personal data for the purpose of processing your enquiry up to the point when the appointment takes place. The data will on no account be passed to third parties. No use will be made of data for advertising or marketing purposes. By sending us your online enquiry you state that you agree to the data being collected, processed and utilised in the way and scope described above. After mutual obligations have been fulfilled, your data will be stored solely for reasons of due process for the legal limitation period and subsequently deleted.
